Unlimited email communication upon booking

Initial planning meeting with couple to set up detailed budget, vision, and review planning aspects

Electronic file access to notes, to dos, progress

Recommend vendors that are a good fit for your needs and vision

Two in person meetings including discussing decorations and design finalization, recommendations for personal touches or unique ways to enhance guest experience

One final venue walkthrough to confirm plans and design

On site for rehearsal, coordinate wedding party and family through the ceremony

Build customized timeline one month prior to wedding with distribution to vendors

Arrange ceremony timing and direct processional, recessional, and rehearsal discuss with Officiant

Create detailed floorplan and seating chart

Provide month to month checklist recommendations

Book hotels and shuttles for guests

Review vendor contracts and familiarize with specific rules and details

Provide emotional support and advocate for your best interests

Provide couples massage (I’m also a Licensed Massage Therapist)

Day of Services Include

Two professional coordinators on site

Up to 10 hours of service per coordinator

Set up and tear down of all decorations. Including but not limited to seating chart, favors, guestbook, gift drop/ welcome table, dinner tables, bar top, buffet and dessert tables, memorial table, head table & backdrop, ceremony site & aisle

Provide photographer with any items brought by client for lay flats or other special photos

Direct wedding processional, assist any last-minute touches on bride & dress

Assist with marriage license signing and post ceremony/ pre reception moment, have designated and your supplied appetizers, snacks, & drinks awaiting

Oversee packing and hauling with predesignated haulers of various items

Receive and direct vendors, manage and supervise as needed. Spend extra time communicating with DJ or Emcee & photographer to ensure event flow is accurate

Communicate with guests and direct them where to go, answer any questions and lookout for any guest issues and resolve

Provide emotional support and advocate for your best interests

Execute any day of fixes that arise

Brings and emergency wedding day kit

Collection of personal packed items, gifts & cards and load into designated vehicle
