Before Your Wedding

A final décor/setup plan will be completed before the wedding so our team knows exactly where each item belongs.

All décor must arrive organized, labeled and ready for placement.

Fern & Finish is a setup and breakdown service and does not include wedding coordination or wedding management.

This service does not include timeline management, vendor management, ceremony direction, rehearsal coordination, guest management, troubleshooting vendor issues, communicating changes between vendors, managing deliveries, cueing wedding-party members, bussing tables, bartending, food service, dishwashing, garbage removal, venue cleaning, floral design, large-scale installations, ladder work, moving heavy furniture or returning rentals.
